a little about me
Well, there's plenty about me, but to keep it direct and focused (which I have trouble doing, thank you ADHD), I love so many things. I love yoga, I love people, I love learning, and growing and I love being a teacher, coach and guide of things I'm passionate about. I love being able to hold space for people to grow and learn about themselves. So, here we are! Doing my darnedest to mix all of the topics I love so dearly into one *dare I say* business venture. If you know me even a little, I am NEVER doing just one thing for work. And so- lux yoga & wellness was born.
If you're still wondering, "Paige, I have no idea what this business is", it is this:
Lux Yoga and Wellness is meant to be a partnership. I am your partner in your wellness journey. Some of the ways we can partner on this lovely journey of yours:
-subscribing to my patreon for all kinds of yoga videos
-subscribing to my free newsletter
-reaching out for individualized yoga flows and or packaged programs
-tuning into live virtual classes
-investing in your holistic health by becoming a 1:1 lux wellness partner of mine

I am overflowing with gratitude that you're here.
all my love and light, Paige
My Education Story
2022
Masters of Arts- Psychology Loras College
Psychology was my first real (intellectual) love in school. It took me plenty of years and plenty of major switching to arrive at this conclusion, but once I did, I really went for it! I received my bachelors and masters degrees at good old Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and I am so grateful for that chapter of my life. Psychology holds a special place in my heart. Understanding people, their minds, and behaviors can shine a light on their humanity, and allow us to lead with compassion and empathy... it fits quite nicely into my love (arguable obsession) with yoga.
2020
200 Hour RYT
Challenge to Change Inc.
This training truly changed my life- in all the right ways! It gave me a safe place to get to know myself, it gave me truly amazing teachers and mentors of yoga and life, and it gave me some of the most incredible and special friendships anyone could have. The study of yoga taught me how to study myself, how to look inward, tune into my mind and body in a different way than psychology taught me. Yoga is this beautiful practice, where if you let it, it will transform you into a truer more beautiful version of you (thank you Glennon Doyle for those words).
